Hi, my name is Roger S. Ruiz and I am a designer/developer specializing in creating standards-based websites and production-ready work.
Standards-compliant, hand-crafted, and production-ready work are important to my design process and represent my three guiding principles: structure, pride in one’s work, and organization. In spite of hand-crafting experiences, I create automated workflows that make it possible for me to meet deadlines.
When I’m not reading the latest A List Apart article, Daring Fireball link, taking my Think Vitamin (or hanging in the Treehouse, as it will soon be called.), or gleaning from my Instapaper repo, I go for a run.
